Now two options will appear in front of you, first Yes, I have an existing account i.e. if you already have an AdSense account and you want to link your YouTube Channel with that old AdSense account, then click on Yes, I have an existing account. Select If you also do not have an AdSense account, then select the option below No, I don’t have an existing account.
Note - Here I am creating a new AdSense Account to link my YouTube Channel, hence I am selecting the option No, I don't have an existing account.
After selecting the option No, I don’t have an existing account, click on the CONTINUE button below.
Step 9: Now you will get the option to choose Google Account i.e. Gmail account. Now click on the Gmail account from which you want to create AdSense account. If you have not logged in your Gmail account. So you login to your Gmail account by clicking on Use another account below.
Now you can also select the option of Get more out of AdSense, I will select the option of Yes, send me customized help and performance suggestions. Then select your country below. And then check mark on Yes, I have read and accept the agreement below and click on Create Account button below.
Now the Customer information page will open in front of you.
- Account type – Select individual in Account type
- Name – Here you have to write your name i.e. write the name of the person in whose name you want to create AdSense account.
- Address line 1 – Write the name of your village here
- Address line 2 – Here you write the name of your post
- Town/City – Enter the name of your city i.e. district here
- Postcode – Enter the PIN code of your post in Postcode.
- State – Select your state in State.
- Phone Number – Here you fill your mobile number.
After filling all the data, click on the Submit button below.
As soon as you click on the Submit button, the page will be redirected and Step 2 will be written in progress.
Now you wait for a week and when your AdSense account is created, you will receive an email and Step 2 will be written as Done instead of In progress.
How to link old AdSense account to youtube Step By Step Guide
If you already have an AdSense account and want to link your YouTube channel to your old AdSense account, then follow the steps given below and connect your YouTube channel to the AdSense account:
Step 1: First of all, go to https://www.youtube.com and sign in with your Gmail account.
Step 2: Now you have to click on the profile above on the right side and then click on YouTube Studio.
Step 3: Now you have to click on the Earn option on the left side.

Step 10: Now the information of your old AdSense account will appear in front of you and the URL of your new YouTube channel will also appear below. Now click on Accept association below.
Step 11: Now the window page of Redirecting you to YouTube will open in front of you. You have to click on the Redirect option.
As soon as you click on the Redirect button, the page will be redirected and Step 2 In Done will be written.

Now your YouTube Channel will go to Review.
Your YouTube Channel will be monetized only when 4000 hours of watch time is completed on your channel and 1000 subscribers are completed. This watch time and subscribers should be completed in one year (Last 12 months). When your watch time and subscribers are completed then your channel will be monetized.
